Day  21 and Day 22 - Lunenburg, NS

The Farmers and Traders Market is open in Annapolis Royal every Saturday morning t 8:00 am.

Since we only have 80+ miles to drive today, many of us went to the market and helped the local community by purchasing items at the market.

Many us tried this lady's tasty home baked bread and pastries.  This is the only place she sells her baked goods.

It rained the entire day, so the stop of choice was Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart.

Since we have a free day tomorrow, Barry and Terry gave Monday's travel briefing. A little rain doesn't stop us.

As you can see from the picture, we are pretty well bundled up against the rain and cold.

The highlight of the day was the 55+ pounds of lobster that Bob and Sue Schmidt picked up for our dinner tonight. We all shared the cost, but they carried them all day iced down in the small tub in their coach.

The lobster were moved to the table in preparation for cooking waiting for chef Barry to prepare them.
Barry pulls a two pounder from the boiling water.
Hot out of the water waiting to be served.
Mike holds his plates while Terry dishes up some delicious potato salad.
We had all planned on eating outdoors together, but due to the weather, we took our cooked lobster back to our rigs.
